Delete your Resquash business account and data
You can permanently delete your Resquash merchant account at any time. Deletion is available in the ResquashSeller web and mobile app, or you can email us to request deletion.
Delete in the app
- Open the ResquashSeller app and sign in.
- Go to your profile settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your account email, then submit.
When you confirm in the app, your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
Email support@resquash.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address on your Resquash merchant account. We process email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your merchant account deletes your user profile.
- If you are the only admin on a business, that business is deleted with your account.
- If a business has other admins, the business stays active; you are removed from that business only.
Deleting your merchant account does not delete a separate Resquash consumer account if you also have one.
